Stepping Into Adventure at Clue HQ Somerton: Our Escape from Cell Block C!

You could tell straight away how much care and passion the owners, Gerri and Mark, put into making everyone’s experience great. From the moment we arrived, Gerri made us feel completely at home. She gave the health and safety briefing (which, let’s be real, can sometimes drag on a bit), and managed to make it super clear, friendly, and enjoyable to listen to!
In no time we were stepping into our cells, being locked away with no clear exit in sight. The room itself was cleverly built, which became more apparent as the hour went on. There was a great mix of logic, observation and teamwork, allowing everyone to really get stuck in. You’ll be on your feet a lot, moving between cells, scanning walls for codes, and racing against the clock - which is why I was extra grateful for my Green Steps ONE trainers. They kept my feet feeling comfortable, ready to take on whatever challenge was next!
The puzzles were challenging enough to make us think, but never so tricky that we wanted to give up. We only had one clue in the entire hour which was perfectly timed, Gerri was such a good operator! By the time we got to the last puzzle to make our big escape, which is a heart racer by the way, we were completely immersed in the room! Cell Block C was such a fab experience, we had such a great time and we can’t recommend it enough!
