We endeavour to despatch all orders placed before 16:00 on the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 will be despatched on the next working day.
We only despatch orders on weekdays. All orders placed after 16:00 on a Friday will be despatched the following working day. NB This includes orders placed using a "Next Day" service. We are closed on bank holidays.

We deliver to most of the world. Our shipping prices are generated based on how much you order from us. Your cost of shipping is calculated when you check-out. All orders outside of the UK and Republic of Ireland are despatched with Royal Mail International Tracked delivery. Orders to Northern Ireland are despatched with Royal Mail Standard International delivery.
All orders placed on our website come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This means that If you are not absolutely delighted with your order or need a different size, you can send it back to us for either a full refund or an exchange. You can still send an item back to us if you had to trim it to allow it to fit in your shoes.
Please note: Due to COVID-19, it may be difficult to return items. If you are unable to return your items within your 30-day guarantee, please contact us on 01963 33088 or [email protected] We will completely understand.
If you do wish to return your order, kindly include the invoice paperwork (or your name, address and order number), and a note explaining whether you would like to receive a refund or an exchange. If you are exchanging an item, please let us know what you would like to receive in exchange. Once received on our end we will process your request as quickly as possible.
Please ensure that if you wish to return your item to us, you must send it within your 30-day guarantee (30-days from when you receive your order). If you send your return after your 30-day guarantee has ended, without making arrangements with our customer support team, your request may not be processed.
We ask that customers cover the cost of postage when sending a return to us, so please keep a copy of the proof of postage.
