i)No Purchase Necessary
There is no purchase necessary in the FootActive Flip Flop Prize Draw 2019 (which will now be known just by ‘Prize Draw’); and there is no way to increase the odds of winning via a purchase. This Prize Draw is completely free, and no form of currency will be accepted in relation to this Prize Draw.
ii)Prize List
The prize list is as follows: 1 pair of FootActive Tiki Girl AQUA Flip Flops; or 1 pair of FootActive Tiki Girl WHITE Flip Flops; or 1 pair of FootActive Tiki Girl BLACK Flip Flops; or 1 pair of FootActive Tiki Girl PINK Flip Flops. The winner will have a choice of 1 item from the prize list, in their requested size. There is no cash alternative for any of the prizes. The Prize List is subject to availability.
iii)Description

We will be accepting entrees for this Prize Draw between Friday 31st May 2019 00:00 and Thursday 6th June 23:59. On Friday 7th June 2019, FootActive will contact the winner via the email address entered on the sign-up page (https://mailchi.mp/39d29cab103c/flip_flop_prize_draw_2019). There will be a total of and no more than 1 winner.
The winner will receive a single item from the prize list (winners’ choice).

iv)Eligibility
The Prize Draw is only eligible for those who live in Europe. If you do not live in Europe, you do not qualify to be eligible for this Prize Draw. There is no age restriction for the Prize Draw, however anyone under the age of 18 can only partake after receiving consent from their parent/guardian. We will not accept any 3rd party email addresses. Only one email address per person will be accepted. Anyone who enters the Prize Draw who is not eligible will not be able to win.
v)How to Enter
To enter this Prize Draw, a valid email address must be submitted on the following website (https://mailchi.mp/39d29cab103c/flip_flop_prize_draw_2019). We also ask for your First and Last name. You must also be ‘following’ the FootActive Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/FootActive/). You will not be considered an eligible Prize Draw entrant until both criteria are met. There will be an automatic email (from now on known as the ‘Confirmation email’) sent to the given email address, confirming the entry into the Prize Draw.
vi)Upon entering
Your given information will be stored in a mailing list specifically built for communication regarding this Prize Draw. Communication will include: Confirming your placement in the Prize Draw, confirming that you have won, confirming that you have not won, and any important updates regarding this Prize Draw. Your given information will be kept separate from our Main Mailing list, unless you specifically chose to be a part of the Main Mailing list when entering the Prize Draw. We will not share your information with 3rd Parties.
vii)Winner Selection
Upon entering the Prize Draw, the email address submitted by the entrant will be added to a list of Prize Draw participants. From which the Prize Draw Judge will randomly select ONE winning email address on Friday 7th June 2019. The Prize Draw Judge has the final decision on who wins the prize. The winner will be announced on the FootActive Facebook page (Subject to the Data Protection Act) (https://www.facebook.com/FootActive) as soon as the winner has been confirmed.
viii)Notifying the Winners
On Friday 7th June 2019 the winner will receive an email confirming they have won and how to claim their chosen prize. The winner will need to respond within 24 hours of the winning notification. If no response has been received, a follow-up email will be sent requesting a response. If after 24 hours there has been no response to the follow-up, their win will be forfeited, and a new winning recipient will be selected randomly by the Prize Draw Judge. From here the same winning notifying process will be repeated. When the winner has confirmed their prize, an announcement will occur on the FootActive Facebook oage (https://www.facebook.com/FootActive/) stating that the Prize Draw is over.
ix)Disclaimer of Social Networks
Any/all social media networks discussed or used to promote the Prize Draw are not involved in this Prize Draw. To enter the Prize Draw, you must be following and have liked the FootActive Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/FootActive/). This does not associate Facebook Inc with this Prize Draw. The only companies that express involvement with the Prize Draw are Sirius Distribution Ltd and FootActive Ltd, these are the only two companies responsible for the process and results of the Prize Draw.
