EUCALYPTUS OUTER MATERIAL

Soft, skin friendly, sustainable, and durable.

Our outer fabric of our sustainable trainers is produced from eucalyptus, a fast-growing tree that requires less water than other crops, and the material produced is known for its durability and unbelievably soft texture. Eucalyptus fabrics are durable and considerably more eco-friendly than other materials, as it can be biodegraded safely unlike plastic-based materials.


ARCH SUPPORT INSOLES

Crafted with high-quality Seaweed/Algae E.V.A.

Revolutionary, removeable, and incredibly comfortable insoles - built with our famous FootActive biomechanical arch support. Designed to provide relief for common foot complaints, increase stability and prevent inward rolling of the ankles.

Harvested using sustainable methods with minimal impact on the environment and can replenish itself quickly. Seaweed-based materials are resistant to fungi, bacteria, and moisture providing protection against mildew or odours in shoes.


ANTI-SLIP OUTSOLE

Made from Recycled Rubber.

Provides superior grip and added safety so you take every step with confidence.

Reusing rubber reduces the amount of waste that ends up in landfills. Recycled rubber is used to make outsoles and midsoles. The material is durable, and it provides comfort and stability to the feet.


SHOCK ABSORBING MIDSOLE

Made from Sugarcane

Experience the ultimate walking comfort with our cushioning and shock absorbing midsole.

After sugar extraction, a fibrous residue called bagasse remains, which can be repurposed to create biodegradable textiles and materials. Bagasse fibres are durable, moisture-wicked, and have natural antibacterial properties.

We endeavour to despatch all orders placed by 4:00pm (Monday to Friday), on the same working day.

We despatch orders from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. All orders placed after 4:00pm will be despatched on the following working day. We are closed and do not despatch orders on weekends or UK bank holidays.

We aim to deliver to most of the world. Our shipping prices are generated based on the size of your order. Your cost of shipping is calculated when you check-out. Most orders outside of the UK and Republic of Ireland are despatched with Royal Mail International Tracked delivery. Most orders to the Republic of Ireland are despatched with Royal Mail Standard International delivery. Please note: Import duties / Customs charges may be applicable.

Returns Information

All orders placed on our website come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This means that if you are not absolutely delighted with your order or you need a different size, you can send it back to us for either a full refund or an exchange. Your 30-day guarantee starts from when you receive your order. If you send your return after your 30-day guarantee period without making arrangements with our customer support team, your request may not be processed.

We have different return standards for different products.  Please read the return standards of the product you wish to return before sending anything to us.  We ask that you please try your footwear with socks on. You can find these standards here: Product Return Standards.

If you would like to send something back to us, please fill out the returns form that came with your order and include it within your return. It is important that we know your name, address, order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If we do not have this information, we may not be able to process your request.  If you do not have a returns form, please download one here: Download Returns Form.

We ask that you please cover postage costs when returning your item(s) to us, so it is important to keep a proof of postage receipt. Once we receive your return, your request will be processed as quickly as possible.

We will cover the postage costs when sending exchanged items back to a UK address. International exchanges will be subject to a postage charge.

Please note:  If you are requesting an exchange, you may be asked to pay the difference in price before we despatch your item(s) (when applicable).  There is only ONE exchange per order.  You are able to return your exchanged items for a full refund, so long as the product(s) meets their return standards, and they are being returned within your 30-day guarantee period (30 days from when you received the original order).  If you are unable to return items within this time, please let our customer support team know via [email protected].

You are able to send your insoles back to us for either a full refund or an exchange, even if your insoles have been worn or trimmed to size.

If you would like to return your insoles to us, you must do so within your 30-day guarantee period.  If you send your return after your 30-day guarantee period without making arrangements with our customer support team, your request may not be processed.

 

Return Standards: Footwear (All Shoes, Flip Flops, Slippers, Socks and Sandals)

Please try your footwear on indoors, with socks on.  You are able to send your footwear back to us for either a full refund or an exchange.  All footwear must be returned in a saleable condition with the original packaging.  If you return footwear and it is not in its original condition, your request may not be processed.

If you would like to return your footwear to us, you must do so within your 30-day guarantee period.  If you send your return after your 30-day guarantee period without making arrangements with our customer support team, your request may not be processed.

 

Return Standards: First Honey®

You are able to send your First Honey® products back to us for either a full refund or an exchange. All First Honey® products must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging. If you return First Honey® products and they are not in their original condition, your request may not be processed.
