We endeavour to despatch all orders placed by 4:00pm (Monday to Friday), on the same working day.

We despatch orders from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. All orders placed after 4:00pm will be despatched on the following working day. We are closed and do not despatch orders on weekends or UK bank holidays.

We aim to deliver to most of the world. Our shipping prices are generated based on the size of your order. Your cost of shipping is calculated when you check-out. Most orders outside of the UK and Republic of Ireland are despatched with Royal Mail International Tracked delivery. Most orders to the Republic of Ireland are despatched with Royal Mail Standard International delivery. Please note: Import duties / Cusoms charges may be applicable.

All orders placed on our website come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This means that if you are not absolutely delighted with your order or you need a different size, you can send it back to us for either a full refund or an exchange. Your 30-day guarantee starts from when you receive your order. If you send your return after your 30-day guarantee period without making arrangements with our customer support team, your request may not be processed.

If you would like to send something back to us, please fill out the returns form that came with your order and include it within your return. It is important that we know your name, address, order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Once we receive your return, your request will be processed as quickly as possible.

Please note:  If you are requesting an exchange, you may be asked to pay the difference in price before we despatch your item(s) (when applicable).  There is only ONE exchange per order.  You are able to return your exchanged items for a full refund, so long as the product(s) meets their return standards, and they are being returned within your 30-day guarantee period (30 days from when you received the original order).  If you are unable to return items within this time, please let our customer support team know via [email protected].

We ask that you please cover cost of postage when returning your item(s), so it is important to keep a proof of postage receipt.  We will cover the cost of postage when sending an exchange back to you.  You can exchange items only once.

You are able to send your insoles back to us for either a full refund or an exchange, even if your insoles have been worn or trimmed to size.

If you would like to return your insoles to us, you must do so within your 30-day guarantee period.  If you send your return after your 30-day guarantee period without making arrangements with our customer support team, your request may not be processed.

 

Return Standards: Footwear (All Flip Flops, Slippers, Socks and Sandals)

You are able to send your footwear back to us for either a full refund or an exchange.  All footwear must be returned in the original condition with the original packaging.  If you return footwear and it is not in its original condition, your request may not be processed.

If you would like to return your footwear to us, you must do so within your 30-day guarantee period.  If you send your return after your 30-day guarantee period without making arrangements with our customer support team, your request may not be processed.

 

Return Standards: First Honey®

You are able to send your First Honey® products back to us for either a full refund or an exchange, so long as it is within your 30-day guarantee period.  If you send your return after your 30-day guarantee period without making arrangements with our customer support team, your request may not be processed.

 

Return Standards: Moji Products

You are able to send your Moji Products back to us for either a full refund or an exchange.  All Moji Products must be returned in the original condition with the original packaging.  If you return Moji Products and it is not in its original condition, your request may not be processed.
