We endeavour to despatch all orders placed by 4:00pm (Monday to Friday), on the same working day.
We despatch orders from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. All orders placed after 4:00pm will be despatched on the following working day. We are closed and do not despatch orders on weekends or UK bank holidays.

We aim to deliver to most of the world. Our shipping prices are generated based on the size of your order. Your cost of shipping is calculated when you check-out. Most orders outside of the UK and Republic of Ireland are despatched with Royal Mail International Tracked delivery. Most orders to the Republic of Ireland are despatched with Royal Mail Standard International delivery. Please note: Import duties / Customs charges may be applicable.
Returns Information
All orders placed on our website come with a 30-day returns policy. This means that if you are not absolutely delighted with your order or you need a different size, you can send it back to us for either a full refund or size exchange. Your 30-day returns period starts from when you receive your order. If you send your return after your 30-day returns period without making arrangements with our customer support team, your request may not be processed.

If you would like to send something back to us, please fill out the returns form that came with your order and include it within your return. It is important that we know your name, address, order number and whether you would like a refund or a size exchange. If we do not have this information, we may not be able to process your request. We ask that you please arrange and cover the postage costs when returning your item(s) to us. Any unpaid postage will be deducted from your refund amount. Once we receive your return, your request will be processed as quickly as possible.
We will cover the postage when sending a UK exchange back to your original shipping address. International exchanges will be subject to a postage charge.

Please try your footwear on indoors, with socks on. You are able to send your footwear back to us for either a full refund or an exchange. All footwear must be returned in a saleable condition with the original packaging. If you return footwear and it is not in its original condition, your request may not be processed.

"Well, to be honest. I have had a problem with the pad of my foot being sore for. . . . a couple of years! I was advised to go and see a private biomechanics expert. The nearest being Sherborne . Which meant a rather large amount of money plus i just couldnt fivevitvthe time. I decided to search for someone in Wincanton, as I don't live to far away,and came across Foot Active. I purchased insoles for what I figured my problem might be, and I am serious when i say as soon as i put the insoles into my shoes it made a huge difference. So i have just purchased more for other shoes and wellies. Absolutely brilliant. Would highly recommend giving them a try. I feel completely different and am so much more comfortable when I work and walk. Thankyou so very much."

"These are extremely good quality insoles which came very swiftly after ordering. Very well packaged in cardboard box. My 2 niggles are: 1. that the raised sections for the arches are slightly too small and further back than expected. They’re also a lump rather than a smooth curve so they aren’t as comfortable as they should/could be if worn for more than 30-45 mins. This may be because my feet are size 12.5 UK so the arch bump sits slightly further back than someone with a size 11 would feel. (They only come in broad size differences) 2. They eye watering price tag of £26 for a single pair."

"I have tried many insoles for my mortons neuroma. Non have worked as well as the footactive ones. I know they aren't the cheapest insoles for this condition, but they are well made and last for ages. Even in my running shoes. Give them a try, I did, and they are my go to insoles now. Wouldn't be without them."
