i)No Purchase Necessary
There is no purchase necessary in the FootActive Spring Giveaway 2019 (which will now be known just by ‘Giveaway’); and there is no way to increase the odds of winning via a purchase. This Giveaway is completely free, and no form of currency will be accepted in relation to this Giveaway.
ii)Prize List
The prize is the ‘Hidden insole’ and is either one pair of FootActive Comfort insoles; or one pair of Footactive Workmate insoles; or one pair of FootActive Nature Plus insoles; or one pair of FootActive Sports insoles. The Prize List is subject to availability.
iii)Description
There is a hidden insole within the image on the Facebook Post (https://www.Facebook.com/Footactive). If you think that you know which insole is hiding, you can submit your answer on the submission form (http://eepurl.com/gooOon). In order to submit an answer, we require a valid email address, first and last name (for contacting the winner(s)).
We will be accepting entrees into the giveaway between Wednesday 24th April 2019 00:00 and Tuesday 30th April 23:59. On Wednesday 1st April FootActive will contact the winner(s). There will be a total of and no more than 3 winners.
The winners will receive a pair of the hidden insole.

iv)Eligibility
The Giveaway is only eligible for those who live in Europe. If you do not live in Europe, you do not qualify to be eligible for this Giveaway. There is no age restriction for the Giveaway, however anyone under the age of 18 can only partake after receiving consent from their parent/guardian. We will not accept any 3rd party email addresses. Only one email address per person will be accepted. Anyone who enters the Giveaway who is not eligible will not be able to win.
v)How to Enter
To enter this Giveaway, a valid email address must be submitted on the following website (http://eepurl.com/gooOon). We also ask for your First and Last name. You must also be ‘following’ the FootActive Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/FootActive/). You will not be considered an eligible Giveaway entrant until both criteria are met. There will be an automatic email (from now on known as the ‘Confirmation email’) sent to the given email address, confirming the entry into the Giveaway.
vi)Upon entering
Your given information will be stored in a mailing list specifically built for communication regarding this Giveaway. Communication will include: Confirming your placement in the Giveaway, confirming that you have won, confirming that you have not won, and any important updates regarding this Giveaway. Your given information will be kept separate from our Main Mailing list, unless you specifically chose to be a part of the Main Mailing list when entering the Giveaway. We will not share your information with 3rd Parties.
vii)Winner Selection
Upon entering the Giveaway, the email address submitted by the entrants will be added to a list of Giveaway participants. From which the Giveaway Judge will randomly select 3 winning email addresses on Wednesday 1st May 2019. The Giveaway Judge has the final decision on who wins the prize. A list of winners will be announced on the FootActive Facebook page (Subject to the Data Protection Act) (https://www.facebook.com/FootActive) as soon as the winners have been confirmed.
viii)Notifying the Winners
On Wednesday 1st May 2019, the 3 winners will each receive an email confirming they have won and how to claim their chosen prize. The winners will need to respond within 24 hours of the winning notification. If no response has been received, a follow-up email will be sent requesting a response. If after 24 hours there has been no response to the follow-up, their win will be forfeited, and a new winning recipient will be selected randomly by the Giveaway Judge. From here the same winning notifying process will be repeated. When the winners have all confirmed their prizes, an announcement will occur on the FootActive Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/FootActive/) stating that the Giveaway is over.
ix)Disclaimer of Social Networks
Any/all social media networks discussed or used to promote the Giveaway are not involved in this Giveaway. To enter the Giveaway, you must be following the FootActive Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/FootActive/). This does not associate Facebook Inc with this Giveaway. The only companies that express involvement with the Giveaway are Sirius Distribution Ltd and FootActive Ltd, these are the only two companies responsible for the process and results of the Giveaway.
