Microwave Instructions:

HEAT in microwave only. (900W or higher).

CAUTION: microwaves vary in heating effectiveness despite stated wattage.

HEATING TIMES: "Recommended Heat Time" and "Required Do Not Exceed Heat Time" are both listed clearly on the ball.

FOR BEST RESULTS turn the ball over half-way through heating cycle.

BALL KEEPS HEATING for a few minutes after removing it from the microwave.

ALWAYS wait 3 hours or more before ANY reheating.

Place the ball on the floor or against the wall and apply pressure to the desired muscle. Roll the ball in up and down, side to side, or in circular motions to find relief. Also roll the ball directly on muscles using your hand. The ball can be used without heating.

Most orders outside of the UK and Republic of Ireland are despatched with Royal Mail International Tracked delivery. All orders placed on our website come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This means that if you are not absolutely delighted with your order or you need a different size, you can send it back to us for either a full refund or an exchange. Your 30-day guarantee starts from when you receive your order. If you send your return after your 30-day guarantee period without making arrangements with our customer support team, your request may not be processed.

If you would like to send something back to us, please fill out the returns form that came with your order and include it within your return. It is important that we know your name, address, order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We ask that you please cover postage costs when returning your item(s) to us, so it is important to keep a proof of postage receipt. Once we receive your return, your request will be processed as quickly as possible.

We will cover the postage costs when sending exchanged items back to a UK address. International exchanges will be subject to a postage charge.

Return Standards: Footwear (All Flip Flops, Slippers, Socks and Sandals)

You are able to send your footwear back to us for either a full refund or an exchange.  All footwear must be returned in the original condition with the original packaging.  If you return footwear and it is not in its original condition, your request may not be processed.

If you would like to return your footwear to us, you must do so within your 30-day guarantee period.  If you send your return after your 30-day guarantee period without making arrangements with our customer support team, your request may not be processed.

 

Return Standards: First Honey®

You are able to send your First Honey® products back to us for either a full refund or an exchange. All First Honey® products must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging. If you return First Honey® products and they are not in their original condition, your request may not be processed.
